Welcome to Atom Core Guide. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, quiz, and legal recovery services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About the Service

Atom Core Guide provides legal recovery services for victims of scam brokers, fraudulent investment platforms, crypto scams, and similar financial frauds. Our services include:

• Free initial case review
• Assessment of legal grounds for recovery
• Evidence collection and blockchain forensics
• Legal representation in civil, arbitration, and regulatory matters
• Cross-border enforcement where applicable

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and truthful information about your case
• Have lost a minimum of €500 to a scam platform
• Have legal capacity to enter into a contract
• Not be involved in the fraudulent activity yourself

3. Free Case Review

We offer a free initial case review. This does not create an attorney–client relationship. The review is an assessment of whether your case has legal merit and whether we can assist you. We reserve the right to decline any case at our sole discretion.

4. No Guarantee of Recovery

While we have a strong track record (87% average recovery rate, €9M+ recovered), we do not and cannot guarantee that your funds will be recovered. Recovery depends on various factors, including:

• The age of the scam
• Whether funds are still traceable
• The jurisdiction of the scam platform
• Available evidence
• Cooperation of banks, exchanges, and payment processors

5. No Win — No Fee

For cases we accept, we operate on a No Win — No Fee basis. This means:

• You pay no upfront legal fees
• Our success fee is charged only after successful recovery
• The fee percentage is agreed in writing before we begin legal action
• If we do not recover your funds, you owe us no success fee

Note: certain third-party costs (e.g., court filing fees, notary costs) may still apply and will be disclosed in writing before any action is taken.

6. Your Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Submit genuine documentation (no falsified evidence)
• Respond to our communications in a timely manner
• Not engage in parallel recovery attempts without informing us
• Not use our services for any illegal purpose

7. Engagement Agreement

If we accept your case, you will be asked to sign a formal engagement letter. This document outlines:

• The scope of legal services
• Success fee percentage
• Estimated timeline
• Your rights and obligations
• Termination conditions

Only after signing this engagement letter does an attorney–client relationship come into effect.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, design, and code — is the property of Atom Core Guide and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atom Core Guide shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or opportunity
• Actions taken based on information on this website
• Delays caused by third parties (banks, regulators, courts)

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time by written notice. If you terminate after legal action has begun, you may be responsible for costs already incurred. We may terminate if:

• You provide false or misleading information
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Continuing the case becomes legally or ethically impossible

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which Atom Core Guide is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
